Dr. Ramatu Muhammad is a seasoned expert in Learning and Development, holding the position of Senior Tax Compliance & Reporting Officer at Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company (KRPC). With over 17 years of diverse experience, she has honed her expertise in performance evaluation, training needs analysis, and curriculum development.

As a certified Management Trainer and Consultant, Dr. Muhammad has designed and executed numerous capacity-building programs, focusing on both technical and non-technical competencies. Her advanced work in tests and measurement enables her to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the acquisition of knowledge.

She has successfully created knowledge-sharing forums and managed knowledge databases, ensuring the retention and dissemination of critical knowledge within her organization. Her commitment to continuous improvement and innovation earned her the Best Team-Player award and performance excellence award by the Managing Director of KRPC.

Dr. Muhammad is known for her strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and ability to align learning initiatives with organizational goals. Her pleasant disposition and collaborative approach have made her a respected leader and team player.

As the Vice Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Kaduna State Branch, she continues to contribute to the advancement of the HR profession, leveraging her extensive experience and expertise to support the development of human capital in the region.

Daniel Uyimeh A. is a dedicated human resource professional with over nine years of experience at Bank of Agriculture Ltd, where he serves as the Head of the Welfare Unit, Human Resources Management.

He has been actively involved in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Kaduna State Branch, serving as the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the 2021/2022 term and currently holding the position of Branch Secretary.

Daniel is an Associate Member of CIPM and holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration.

He is happily married and blessed with three children.

Amina Yahaya Bello is a dedicated human resource professional with a strong background in banking and investment management. She worked with Unity Bank Plc for six years and is currently a staff member in the Human Resources Department at New DevCo Investment & Security Company, Kaduna, a member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

She holds an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Marketing from Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Abuja, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Amina is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) and currently serves as the Public Relations Officer of the CIPM Kaduna State Branch.

Tsukunda Wulfu Yakubu is the Divisional Head, Corporate Services at Bank of Agriculture Limited. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to the human resource profession, serving two consecutive terms as the Chairperson of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Kaduna State Branch.

She is an Associate Member of CIPM, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administration, showcasing her dedication to professional excellence across multiple disciplines.

Tsukunda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
